Innosuisse (Swiss Innovation Agency) offers Startup Grants to science-based Swiss startups with a clear link to a Swiss research institution. The program has three phases: Feasibility (up to CHF 150K, ~6 months), Proof of Concept (up to CHF 150K, ~12 months), and Market Entry (up to CHF 150K, ~12 months), for a potential total of CHF 450K. Each phase is applied for separately and must be completed successfully before advancing. Participation in Innosuisse coaching and training modules is mandatory alongside the grant. Startups must be in the process of spinning off from ETH, EPFL, a cantonal university, or a UAS.
