Innovation Norway offers startup grants to Norwegian companies under 3 years old with scalable, market-oriented innovations. The program has three sequential phases: Phase 1 (up to NOK 150K) for market and customer validation; Phase 2 (up to NOK 1M) for prototype development and business model refinement; Phase 3 (up to NOK 2M) for commercialization and internationalization. Each phase must be completed before applying for the next. Green tech and sustainability-focused startups receive priority weighting. Innovation Norway also provides international market access support, mentorship, and connections to its global network of offices.
